The town council is about to change the rules for there parks in Q. People will be kicked out &/or people property devalued if this new ruling goes through. The council is only concerned with snowbirds, off road vehicles & the few hundred kids who are forced to live here.

Please don't rehome Hobbs. Please stick it out. He won't be able to understand why all of a sudden people he is familiar with are not around him anymore. That causes anxiety in dogs. He is such a cute dog and he is already 13. I really don't mean to offend you. I just love dogs. Love!!

Genuine. That's refreshing. Breakups and losses are hard. I am someone who needs my space, too. You've heard the saying that people come into our lives for "a reason, a season, or a lifetime". I believe that to be true. Life is about growing and learning how to give and receive love unconditionally and each relationship is a big part of that. What helps me heal the most is to be grateful for that relationship, count the blessings, and ask inwardly... what can I learn from it? Not all of us are blessed with a lifetime relationship... we just have a different journey. It takes wisdom and a lot of emotional maturity to know when the "reason" or "season" has come to an end and move on. Respect for the way you are handling it!

👍 I gotcha I know exactly what you’re saying. It’s hard. It’s tough. You have to move on. When I lost my hubby to cancer in 2018 I was just devastated. You know he didn’t get much time after his diagnosis. It was terminal cancer. And it’s been six years now and I’m gonna go on with our dream our dream was to take her RV and go and that’s what I’m going to do, he always had great ideas and I knew I could count on him and he was very smart and he knew when they move on or do whatever so it’s a long as I can take what I’ve learned from him and what our goals were and move forward with them. I’ll be down the right path.👍 plus our adult son is here and he’ll be with me. It’ll be OK I can do anything. I’ve held a CDL and I’ve driven huge RVs diesel pushers I will be fine. I can do this. I still break down occasionally and cry and wish she was here, but it is what it is. I picked myself up and I keep moving forward. I know what you mean by you need a lot of alone time, I’m a loner. I never was the center of attention, I never was the type that was the class clown or any of that I’ll sit back. I’ll listen and I just want to spend the rest of my life Relaxed. I don’t want to man’s, I don’t want timetables, I don’t want to be on the run to run here and run there, I don’t want to promise anybody anything, I don’t want to relationship with a man, I just wanna go and live And experience and see the world and enjoy and relax and have fun. I’m 63 who knows how much longer I’ve got to live! Nothing guaranteed I just wanna live and I don’t wanna be bothered and I don’t want any hassles.👍 I want to get up in the morning whenever I feel like getting up mail around watch TV all day if I want get up get a shower and takeoff go bike riding go down to the festivals all the stuff I don’t wanna make any plans with anybody because if I just don’t feel like doing it, I don’t wanna do it so I don’t wanna let anyone down, I just live just wanna live day-to-day minute by minute doing whatever I want. Just like I’m the only person going around doing what I want, but I will be doing this with my son also, some of it so I will not be alone. I do have family and people so I will visit when I feel like going to visit, but I don’t want to make people promises and I don’t want to be in this camping groups we’re all promising to go down here and then we’re gonna meet up over here. I don’t wanna do that. I don’t wanna do that. I just simply wanna do what I want for minute to minute and day today. I’m financially set to do it I don’t want anything from anybody.👍 just enjoy life❤️ and maybe spread the gospel some well probably a lot😁🙏❤️

Oh my gosh Brian, you are in my backyard! I have watched you for years. I am in Steamboat! Moved to Steamboat in 1983--left my daughter behind there in 2000 and moved to Canon City for a nursing job. Back to steamboat in 2017. My daughter and grandaughter have been here forever! I will come find you.

When a parent passes especially when their your best friend and you loving her Mother as well, its hard to express how you feel about loss of a special lady yet you felt you had to be a strong man for Kelly. Loss of your best friend/parent takes 2 yrs + and alot of talking/sharing your feelings, understanding without trying to fix that person. Feel bad for both of you and the dog. Went thru it. Dont rush into any relationship for 5 yrs at least. Sry if you dont like my opinion however maybe what Ive shared helps all look within. Wishing n sending light n love to you, Kelly & her Mothers dog. Sry cant remember his name. Lol. Yes, got a divorce from it too. Communication is #1, #2Trust.

A young lady I watch on YT is also a campground host in the mtns of CO, she got hired on the spot, too, and had to make a quick trip from AZ to CO. She is 40 miles from a town, at 10,500' elevation. She says the hardest part is kicking people out! Looks like a perfect location to have some down time and enjoy the sounds of the forest.
